Nick has a wealth of experience in both environmental and building disciplines and brings a depth of technical knowledge to all aspects of his work. Some of the high profile projects Nick has been involved with include Auckland City Rail Link, Auckland International Airport Pier B Extension, State Highway 1 Southern Corridor Improvements and Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport. His experience covers a broad range of sectors including sound and acoustics in buildings, education, healthcare, transport, industrial, energy, commercial, residential, and performing arts.

Nick has lead the development of Resonate’s SoundSite, a software solution which allows construction contractors to self-predict, self-assess and self-report their own noise from construction activities. SoundSite not only helps streamline predictions for assessments and approvals, but importantly, it make noise predictions more accurate and targets mitigation measures to where they are actually needed. Nick also leads QuietPath, Resonate’s online service for noise assessments of new homes near airports, main roads and rail lines.
