Kelsey brings a diverse background spanning business operations, contract administration, project coordination, office management, and event planning. Prior to joining Resonate, she spent four years supporting teams across multiple states within the IT services industry, helping to coordinate operations, manage contracts, and keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly. One of her favourite aspects of the role was bringing people together through events, conferences, and team initiatives.

Before moving into business operations, Kelsey spent almost a decade travelling throughout Europe, South East Asia, and the Pacific while working in hospitality and on boats. These experiences helped develop her adaptability, organisation, and ability to remain calm under pressure while working with a wide range of people and environments.

As part of the Sydney team, Kelsey provides day-to-day business support and helps ensure office operations run efficiently. Known for her organised approach, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset, she enjoys creating positive experiences for both colleagues and clients while helping teams perform at their best.
