Prior to joining Resonate, she worked within healthcare and community services organisations, supporting financial and administrative operations while developing a strong foundation in end-to-end payroll processing, accounts administration, and data management.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Business, Nicole combines practical industry experience with a passion for continuous learning and professional development. She is particularly interested in expanding her expertise in payroll, financial administration, and business operations, while gaining a deeper understanding of the commercial and accounting aspects that support engineering consulting projects.
