In an industry where women remain underrepresented, with only 6.3% of acoustical engineers being women, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
At Resonate Consultants, 27% of our team are women, exemplifying our dedication to championing female talent in a traditionally male-dominated field. This year’s International Women’s Day theme, ‘Accelerate Action,‘ aligns with our ongoing efforts to create meaningful change. Gender equality isn’t just about opportunity, it’s about building workplaces that evolve to support women at every stage of life and career. Career development, gender pay parity, and leadership pathways are embedded in our culture, ensuring our team members feel valued and supported in their growth.

Resonate actively supports initiatives that promote wellbeing and equity for all staff and their families. This includes our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness initiatives, and the provision of period products in bathrooms to ensure inclusivity. We also contribute to women-focused charities, provide respectful workplace training, and attend events to drive awareness and action.
